The flagship application (Safety Event Manager) was in dire need of an update. After interviews and analysis with internal and external stakeholders, we began with the Event Entry form, cutting the average entry time from almost 20 minutes down to 6-8. Re-ordering the questions to put 'stumpers' later, and putting 'skip logic' questions in a flyout instead of lengthening the form addressed major user pain points.
